Ahh, fall. That lovely cooling weather, those gorgeous leaf colors, all the spicy fall flavors (mmm pumpkin spice)… there’s much to love about autumn. And if you love autumn as much as we (clearly) do, then you’ll definitely want to celebrate the season with some fun fall festivities.

Here are some of the top fall events in the Triangle.

What: Okay so this one’s not in the Triangle… but it’s a great idea for a fall weekend trip filled with gorgeous leaf views and one of the Southeast’s largest one-day arts and crafts festivals!

On Saturday, enjoy a day packed full of arts and crafts (over 425 artisans), food (100+ vendors), and live entertainment (4 stages). There’s clogging, folk dancing, blue grass, soap making, and tons of apples. And on Sunday, you can spend the day hiking or leaf-peeping around the area!

Festifall Arts Festival

What: It’s a day filled with artists from across the South, food trucks, galore, crafty projects, and live performances all over Downtown Chapel Hill.
